Justin and his crew are scheduled for the third (and maybe final) remodel of my home.I’ve lived in my home for 22 years now, and right before COVID hit, they started remodeling my entire downstairs.
Full Kitchen remodel, updated laundry room, new fireplace, new French doors, and new floors throughout.Not only was the quote accurate, but even with COVID hitting not quite halfway thru the project, Justin finished within the time frame he originally quoted.The great communication with outside vendors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) made everything run smoothly.Attention to detail and personal touches made my experience far exceed what I could have ever imagined. I was so happy with his first job, that I hired him to remodel my hallway bathroom.As I was super busy at the time, and knew Justin already was aware of my “style", I let him pick out everything (bathtub, counters, lighting, floors, tile, etc.). To say the least, I love my new bathroom, and have just hired him to come back and do the master bath.

We loved working with Justin and his team for the recent remodel of our primary bathroom. Their attention to the detail and promise of high quality work was what led us to select them for this job in the first place…and they definitely delivered! Justin helped us turn the vision into life by sourcing materials that aligned perfectly to the vision board I had created. He also provided super insightful feedback on functionality, quality, and just overall considerations I would have never thought of myself. Throughout the entire process, Justin and Mac matched our perfectionism when it came to how everything fit together. I went into this remodel concerned my OCD husband and I would drive them nuts with knit picking on the details along the way, but it became rather comical once they identified things that needed to be addressed even before we had a chance to catch it. Another thing we so greatly appreciated was how Justin backs ALL the work he and his team deliver. Nothing in a remodel ever goes perfectly, and in our case it was the shower tile flooring. The marble we selected had significant color inconsistencies emerge once it was grouted. Justin consulted marble specialists and Mac tried numerous ways to fix this. In the end, Justin proactively offered to redo the shower flooring with new tile, and he ate the additional cost. That’s how much he stands behind his work. This is also a great example of why he strongly prefers to source the materials through his preferred suppliers where he knows the quality is guaranteed. In addition to the incredible work, Justin and Mac became an extension of our family over the few months they spent at our home. I was initially very nervous how disruptive it might be to have strangers working in my home, especially with my two young kids in and out throughout the day. Justin and Mac were instantly company I welcomed and trusted! My kids too! They were so trustworthy, we even let them come and go while on vacation. We think so highly of their work, and the partnership we’ve created, we’ve asked them to come back to build a new fence this Fall!
